Dear community,
We want to use SMART Connect for our partners in Niger. Our digital team advises us against using AWS which was not very good with after-sales service and technical support. I would like to know if anyone has used DigitalOcean Digital Ocean before to advise us if they are good in SMART Connect.

The SMART Partnership offers free Cloud hosting for Connect - SMART Connect as a Service.
This service is available for not for profit conservation organizations, government agencies and academia. You can request a server through the SMART website - Connect (scroll down to the bottom of the page).
