Data processing queue SMART Connect

Hello,

I see that the data processing queue on SMART Connect only goes back 3 months. Is there a way to keep the data on Connect longer than 3 months?

Hi Elke,
This is controlled by a setting in your Connect configuration. In SMART desktop, go to Connect > Configuration > Server Configuration, and click on the Data Queue Options section. At the bottom there is the setting for deleting old data from Connect:
