Have you already configured the “Employee Teams” before you tried add employees? There’s a breakdown of this on p. 17 in the [Technical Training Manual].(SMART 7 Technical Training Manual_ENGLISH.pdf - Google Drive)

Yes, I configured it before adding the employee, I also was thinking it will pick up automatically, but NOTunfortunately…

Ok - can you please try to recreate your steps from the beginning and take screenshots (or screen capture) along the way and send?

Please also send the the error log if the error repeats itself. Instructions on error log attached.
