Hello, I am fairly new to SMART. I am trying to see the number of patrols days , patrol hours. when i go to queries and just click on those patrol values for the selected months I want, the results am getting is not correct. am I doing anything wrong.
go to queries
select patrols
patrol summary queries
select the months i want data for
x values select patrol values I want eg.number of patrol
Your steps seem fine to me. Could you maybe elaborate on what results you are expecting and what is actually being returned?
It could be that you are expecting more numbers and hours, however, [maybe] not all the patrol data was imported from the devices. Could you double-check to see if all patrol data was imported?
so especially for the number of days it bring out what seem to be number of patrols.
so in aday we can have between 2-8 patrols running. then there are some days we dont have any. I am trying to see number of days each month a patrols were done. that for example in October its giving me 109 as number of days, which is not possible, but number of patrols in October is 109, which is correct
Thanks for the details. To correct this, once you have selected the value option “Number of Days”, in the Values panel, click on “Compute Rate”. A dialogue box will appear with a dropdown. Click the dropdown and select “Total Number of Days”. This should fix the computation issue you are experiencing.
