New SMART user login denied

Hi Community,
I know I must be doing something wrong, and it’s a simple fix but I cannot login to the desktop with a new user. The user is listed as an employee and a SMART user but when I type their details in the username and password fields I get a message saying they are no registered users. What have I done wrong, or forgeting to do? Please help if you can.



Apparently it’s working now and the new user is in! Not sure why it wouldn’t work before. Thanks anyway
