Package Update Problem

Hello, since this morning when I try to export the updated package to Connect, I receive " 409 error: The Smart Mobile package has already been uploaded by another system. Please wait for completion or delete the package from the server and try again.
If I try to update the Package in the Smart app, I have “bad request”. I deleted the package from the app, tried to add by QRcode and the result is “download failed”.
What could be happened?

There may have been a connectivity issue when the package first uploaded.

Can you try going to your SMART Connect interface, opening the SMART Mobile tab, find and delete the package, and then try uploading it again?
