We work with two sites now that are reporting the same error message popping up fairly regularly:
We don’t have many users working at the same time, and are careful to regularly sync, we have not had issues with this previously, it has cropped up in the last month. We have been using v7.5.9 for a while, the issue did not start after any major update/change etc.
Please advise.

It has happened to us but we did realize that it is because we made changes on the same information of the conservation area with one of the co-administrators now we are more careful in the management of the information establishing communication when changes are going to be made in the patrols and we are making constant synchronizations, additional we never access smart connect while the Desktop is in use and we configure the Desktop to request synchronization when starting cession and in closing this has not worked very well so far.

We really don’t think changes were made to the same info, there are only a handful of users with administrative permissions, and only one person was actively using the site when the errors occurred. Are there instances of “false” error messages such as this one appearing for other sites? Or is the only possible explanation that somewhere along the line, a genuine change log error occurred?

I’ve faced the same issue. It could be a sync timing problem or a false error, even if only one person is using the site
