Server issues sync with Connect

Hi,
Could someone help me with server issues? Our server gets stuck a couple of times a week. I need to request for a server reset, after which it works again. It has been difficult, as we can’t sync our CAs and work on our data when this happens.
Can someone help me finding out why our place on the SMART server often gets stuck?
Do I need to change anything in our CA settings?

I’ll flag this to the server support team and see whether they can’t identify anything to improve performance. More soon.
