Hi All,
I am importing dataset and I got the attached screenshot message indicating “Not imported” because “The patrol mandate surveillance and awareness could not be found for the current conservation area”

How can I fix this problem in my SMART Database from the colleagues SMART Database?

Hello,

To be able to import patrols from one CA to another you need to make sure the meta-data (in this case the mandates) aligns exactly. In this case, you’re trying to import patrols which have the mandate “surveillance and awareness” assigned to them. This needs to exist in the CA you’re importing to.

Alex, I am searching for a personal SMART mentor. I am new in using SMART and i want managing 5 CAs database with different teams. Basically, I want to learn in SMART the following:

  1. Create CA
  2. Backup CA database
  3. Develop data collection form for SMART mobile for patrol monitoring and connect to SMART Desktop
  4. Data validation in SMART database or cleaning
  5. Creating Reports using Tables, Charts, Graph, Maps etc
  6. Troubleshooting.
