SMART Connect Issue: "The last upload of changes was longer than 180 days ago. Replication is no longer supported. You must re-download the conservation area from SMART connect"

We have been offline for a long time and have not backed up using SMART Connect.
I am trying to sync now and am receiving the message:

“The last upload of changes was longer than 180 days ago. Replication is no longer supported. You must re-download the conservation area from SMART connect”.

How can I resume syncing as normal without losing data ?

Hi Phillip,

To avoid losing your data, I suggest you delete the conservation area from Connect then re-upload the one on your desktop.
