Translation of data model from english to arabic

Hi SMART community.
I am trying to import a translation of my data model. I have saved the document in the required CSV UTF 8 format, but when I try to import the document it gives me the error " no column with name smart_key found in file". I have not changed the headings of the original exported translation document apart from adding the translation in the required column, and the heading “smart_key” is in the document.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Incase anyone else experiences this problem:
The problem is Microsoft Excel. You need to save your .csv with google sheets (not using UTF 8). This preserves the foreign text and can be imported into SMART.
