Unable to download SMART Conservation area to Connect server 7.5.6

Hello !

Since this morning, two of my co-workers have tried to download their SMART conservation areas to the upgraded Connect 7.5.6 server, but have encountered the same problem that displays this message: "An error occurred during import. The system has been restored to an earlier state.

They did install SMART Desktop 7.5.6, and the necessary extensions, successfully.

Does anyone have an idea about this problem?

Hello Vigny,
Are you able to share the error log file for this? Were they able to successfully upgrade their CA and just received this error when trying to upload it to Connect?
