I have been trying to upload a new CA to a connect server - I am using the Upload Conservation Area to Connect option in SMART desktop. Both the server and desktop are version 7.5.7.
I get this error message “An error occurred uploading Conservation Area to SMART Connect. Error extracting data: error executing work”
Anyone know how to fix this I’ve been trying for a while with no success.
I meet that problem too. I am using server and destkop version 7.5.7.
Would like to determine which Connect Server you are using. It could be an issue related to an issue with the Connect server. Please attach an error log for us to get more help regarding the error

Can you please send the server info that you are connecting to SMART Connect. Should look like this -
This has also occurred for me too. It might be the server name that I used in the configuration, but also not sure where to find or use the correct server URL.
