I hold a PhD in Biology with a specialization in Zoology and Wildlife Conservation. My research mainly focuses on Biodiversity, Conservation Biology, Ecological Modelling, GIS, and Mastozoology. I collaborate closely with the Department of Desertification and Geoecology at the Spanish National Research Council. I am a founding member of Harmusch, Study and Conservation of Wildlife, and I work in the ‘In Situ’ Conservation Programme for the Iberian lynx and the Life Lynxconnect project in Castilla-La Mancha, Spain. Regarding SMART tools, I am developing and implementing SMART-based tools to monitor endangered species in the region, with a particular focus on the Iberian lynx.
