Hi everyone. I’ve sent data from Smart Móvil using Smart Connect; on the desktop, the data processes normally, but the route and observations fields don’t load. This issue has happened to me more than twice already. If anyone has experienced this and found a solution, I’d really appreciate it if you could share how you resolved it. Thanks in advance!

It appears not all of your data is being processed. Can you check the data queue on the Connect UI to see if there’s any data packages remaining that have not been processed?
