An error occurred uploading Conservation Area to SMART Connect

Hi

One of my SMART site is encountering an error when trying to upload the CA in the local server. “An error occurred uploading Conservation Area to SMART Connect. Error extracting data: error executing work

We are using SMART v7.5.6 and SMART Connect v7.5.3
Can someone please assist on this?

Hi Abraham, thanks for your question. Based on the information you’ve provided the first thought I have is that this could relate to a mismatch between your SMART version and your Connect version - it’s possible that between 7.5.3 and 7.5.6 this is not an issue, but I’d recommend resolving that first and seeing if the error remains.

Is this the only CA on that server or does the server currently host other CA’s? If there are no other CA’s on that server, have you reached out to request a server upgrade to at least 7.5.6 for your Connect instance to achieve version alignment? I’d stress that you should not request an upgrade if there are other CA’s on the server, as it could cause misalignment with those if so - ideally, all CA’s present on a server and the version of the server itself should be the ‘same’ version or issues are possible. Let me know and happy to assist.

Best,
Storm

Hi Storm
The server has other CAs which were uploaded from the desktop with version 7.5.6. However, we have resolved the problem and the CA uploaded successfully in the Server. The issue was due to the version of SMART which was used to create the CA as it was 7.5.10. After recreating the CA again in 7.5.6 it uploaded successfully.
Thanks
Abraham
