Base Map for different CA's

Hi All,

I have recently moved to a standardized CA. My old CA has common attributes to the new CA which I believe is causing issues. Both are using the same Connect server.

The base map that I load onto a package in my new CA is a totally new map that I have set up but the map that shows up in SMART Mobile is the base map from my old CA with a different name. I am not sure why that is happening?

Hi Nathalie,

Old basemaps exported will be retained unless removed. You can use the option to manage your “offline maps” in the app settings.

Here you can remove any unwanted basemaps and check to make sure you’ve exported your new map.
