CA download error: Archive is not a zip archive

ERROR occur during downloading CA. the error shows archive is not a zip archive. Please see the photo, and how can I fix this?

Hi Ahmum,

Seems to me like you are importing the incorrect zip file. Please clarify where you are trying to import the CA from. If you are importing a backup, on SMART Desktop, under advanced options, you select the “Restore backup” option rather than the “Import conservation Area” option.
Please let me know if this is the issue, if not please clarify in detail the steps that you are taking that have led you to that error.

The error starts the CA not syncing with the SMART server. So, deleted the CA from SMART application and I tried to re-download it from the server. This usually worked most of the time. But it shows as archive is not a zip archive error this time.
