I am having 01 problem on both SMART 7.5.6 and 7.5.7: I cannot delete completed Patrol Plans, although SMART has the function to delete plans but it does not work.

Can I just double check the user role / permissions of the account you’re using?
Users with analyst and data entry permissions will not be able to delete most items.
You can check by going into CA > Employee List > find the user and check the access permissions. You can change this (using an admin account) by selecting the employee, edit, at the bottom you can select the user role.
If you are already using an admin account could you kindly share any error log you have. You may also want to consider upgrading to the current version of SMART 7 (you can do this by going File > Check for Updates - just be aware this will have implications if you are using SMART Connect).

Hi Alex, thanks for your feedback.
I logged into SMART with an account set to Admin.
And I tried many times but still can’t delete the patrol plan.
I attached the error log and a video of the screen operation.
Currently I cannot upgrade to a higher version of SMART because I am using SMART Connect 7.5.6 for my Project.
