Cannot Recover SMART Mobile File

Hi All,

We did our annual game counts today on 7 different devices and all of my data exported from SMART mobile to Connect and into data processing queue except for one, Zone A. I have looked all over the phone including in SMART mobile exported data and recover connect data and there are no files. I have tried plugging in the phone to the database and nothing to be found. I also looked in archived and nothing. I tested data on that phone, exported and it came through just fine. I also looked on SMART Connect browser and cannot find the file. Any ideas on where this data could be? The bug report from SMART Mobile is too large to upload on here.

I did another game count today and all data came in except for one zone. I used a phone from yesterday that correctly exported the data but didn’t work today.

Hi There

Just to add to this post, the same problem happened with the next set of game count data they collected the following day. One of the devices did not send data to connect, a different device to the one to the one that had the issue yesterday. It was a different “zone” (each device selects their respective “zone” that it attached to their game count data). The device with the issue today, was used yesterday, and exported data fine, using the exact same package that didn’t work today. Please advise urgently, this is crucial data that is seemingly lost…
