Connect access error

Good morning,
I have a problem with connect, I’m trying to access the connect control panel and I don’t see all the administrator options, I hope you can help me.
I am accessing with the connect administrator user.

Hi Catalino,

If you have your username (remember this is case sensitive), you can use the password reset to recover your password.

My username and password are valid, yes I can access the connect, but I am not accessing as an administrator user

I am sorry, I am not sure I understand the problem. You have an administrator account but you are not able to retrieve it, is that right? Do you have the username for your admin account?

Hi Catalino,

Are you also admin for the CAs? It’s not enough to be an admin for the server but you also need the admin permissions set for every CA
