We are experiencing a sudden error, when we try to upload our data to Connect, we get an error message “connection failed, please try again later” and behind the error message, at the bottom of the page “unauthorized” is briefly displayed in red. This is not the case with all users, or with all packages, there does not seem to be a pattern e.g. survey packages only, or independent packages only.
At the same site, one user can upload data to connect no problem, and the other user gets the error message, despite having the same connect permissions. I am now experiencing the same error message in a different CA.
Any ideas as to how to resolve this would be very appreciated.
