Have a problem where we receive exported file from device and save that pc. Then import the incident through SMART desktop.
.json file is big and seems to have the photo data attached. (First screen shot)
once you select file from importer the incident warning error pops up. (the second screenshot) and you cant download the photos?
using SMART 7.5.7.
Was the image created an a iPhone by any chance? SMART recently fixed an issue with iPhone’s HEIC image format support in 7.5.9 that was casuing a few problems in earlier versions. I don’t recall if it looked exactly like your error, but it’s possible.
