Hi All,
we are trying to streamline and simplify the amount of work that needs to be done by the rangers when they come back from a patrol and have ended the patrol on their device.
First, the Patrol Package Automatically upload the data from the device once the device is connected to wifi at the ranger base. → This is working
Second, the data queue is automatically checked every X minutes and the process is triggered as per the setting below:
As the data queue is being processed, the system recognised that a patrol is being uploaded and the user is asked to confirm the creation of a new patrol (instead of adding to an existing patrol):
This is where the user needs to intervene and we would like this to be bypassed.
Is there a setting that would automatically allows the user to create the new patrol without having to click Ok on the pop up window?
We are using Version 7.5.10
