Date option not seen while generating the report from the server

Hi evryone

I am currently experiencing an issue with generating the CCAA report in the local Connect Server 7.5.3. When attempting to generate the report, I don’t see the option of selecting dates.

If I command the report, it pops up an error message "Required parameter start date is not set " and report is not generated.

The error occurs only when generating the CCAA report, reports generated from individual CAs function normally.

Hello,

Can you try it on another browser to see if the option appears?

It may be an issue isolated to a specific browser which would explain why this has not been reported previously for 7.5.3.

If it is not the browser, I would see if upgrading helps. Would that be possible?

I tried another two different browsers but still having the same problem.
