My company already has a server hosted in Smart Connect (SCaaS), I would like to know if the capacity is expandable or if another instance could be requested otherwise.
I would also like to know if privacy restrictions can be established so the information is only accessible from certain environments.

You should be able to add additional CAs/sites to your existing instance without any issues
For privacy, we could explore restricting access by IP address if you could secure a dedicated IP Address for each.
