Error - Can not connect to database

Hi All, please could you help me with this error. I have done a full shut down, but nothing is working and I can’t get back in. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Is this error appearing on login?

This appears to be an error suggesting that this installation of SMART is already open somewhere on the computer. Can you open your task manager and make sure nothing is running in the background, restart the PC again and retry logging in?



Thank you so much Alex… I have fixed the problem now.
I checked so many things the task bar and shut down countless times but still had no luck, was very strange!! Luckily I backed up another team members computer that morning. So I deleted SMART completely off my computer and coppied the whole SMART program over again.
And now I am back in…yay!! :slight_smile:
