“status”:“580”,“error”:“JDBC benig transaction failed:”
Saludos

Hi Federico,
Apologies for the delay.
Could you please tell me if you are aware of any data lost or missing when imported?
Could I kindly ask that you share your error log (you can access this in your Help menu).
Kind regards,
Alex

Hi Federico,
Could you help to confirm a few things:
- What version of SMART Connect are you running? (you can check the settings tab in the Connect UI). I just want to make sure the versions are aligned.
- Are you using a SMART Partnership hosted server?
Thanks
Alex
Hola Alex,
-
Estamos usando la Version: 7.5.10
-
Hi Federico,
I’m relieved to learn the issue has been resolved.
Yes, for general issues / bugs etc. please do post to the forum so we can keep a public record of any fixes.
For issues specific to your Connect server (e.g. upgrades etc.) you can use this form to submit a ticket for action by the Connect team. But, feel free to continue to share via the forum as someone from the team will submit a ticket on your behalf when required.
Please allow me to follow up on your colleagues’ submission. I hope to provide an update soon.
Kind regards,
Alex
Hi Federico,
It appears the request was not received.
Should the issue still persist may I kindly request your colleague to resubmit the request?
Thank you
Alex
Hola Alex. Por el momento, funciona todo muy bien. Gracias!
Saludos
Hi Federico,
Sorry, I think that was perhaps a mistranslation.
The form submission from your colleague was not received. So, if support is still required may I kindly ask that they submit the support request again.
Thank you.
Alex
Hola Alex. Gracias
