Error in the patrol distance

Good day, I have this problem processing the data in queue and in distance in the patrol summary; it does not give me a distance and throws errors. If anyone has had this problem, could you please comment on how you resolved it? I need to generate a report to report activities, and the report does not run because there is no distance. If you have already resolved this, please mention how. Regards.

Hi Osmar,

It looks like the data has not been fully processed. You can try requeuing the data (anything stating error etc.) on the Connect UI and reprocessing.

Failing this, could you let me know if you’re using a SMART hosted cloud server? If so, could you let us know the URL of your server, please?

Cheers,

Alex

Hello Alex

We managed to recover the patrols in the application through “retrieve connect data” and processed the JSON to check if it had the distance. On the other hand, we would like to solve the problem of the data that generates these errors as shown in image 1, which displays “Warning” in the Process column, since as co-administrators of 8 conservation areas through cross conservation, it becomes a bit complicated for us to complete this data as it is generated across all areas. We have co-administrators but we are in the process of training them so that they can take responsibility for their areas while we become a central repository for all data and provide assistance when they require it; this is why I am requesting support on how to resolve the generation of this type of data.
