Error on registering 'My site'

Hi,

Please may anyone assist me? When trying to register My Site onto the SMART online platform using the form provided, it issues the following error:

Error saving
Failed to convert parameter value from a String to a Int32

I have tried a number of different scenarios but I’m not getting past this message. Thanks

I have received your email as well. Please share with me a screenshot of the error. I’d like to know which field on the form is returning this error.
