I have a report showing patrol tracks and observation locations. the reports run well in desktop 7.5.9 but get “Error running report: Error happened while running the report.”.
other reports with no spatial components run in connect but the spatial ones. Kindly assist.

Are you running the report from your browser via SMART Connect?
If so, there are limitations on what data the browser can process meaning the more complex report templates will not run. If you need to use SMART Connect to generate reports I would recommend creating a simpler version of your report template for this purpose and stick to using the desktop software for running your more complex reports.
