The data associated with the patrols has already been downloaded, but this notification persists and there is always data to download without any information.

OK, so there is no issue of data loss here?
This may just be small data packages possibly related to trackpoints created from patrols which get stuck after the patrol is created in SMART. If you can confirm there is no data lost I would recommend to clean up your data queue on the SMART UI so the software isn’t constantly trying to process these data packages.
