Hi Ott,

This looks like it’s related to attachments and multiple transactions running which is causing a timeout issue.

Can you specify what process you’re trying to run when the error is shown? What is the file that appears to be too large?

Cheers,

Alex

Running a survey we do for our long term monitoring on farms.
Consists of Tree and Multi-lists. that seems to be where the problem is?

Ill add the files of a sample downloaded from server. renamed from .file to .json.
86bb30b8f35d4e8181e2f56d77b3521f.json (14.1 KB)
a5b2afe6d5674050bc6474e23f30b463.json (423.4 KB)
0537c3d75e3d4a5e89671f412956c4e3.json (484.9 KB)

Thanks, Ott.

So, attempting to import the survey data/Json files causes the error.

The error is something to do with a timeout error being caused by simultaneous or large datasets being processed.

I assume attempting to process just one file at a time is not helping? And restarting the software (to force close any other running transactions) also has not worked?

In which case we’ll need someone to dive further into this. I will submit a ticket.

Cheers,

Alex

That is correct. once on server and importing start on SMART Desktop the first file loads which saves part of survey. Then the other two file gives the error.
Dont think the file is to large in size. When we do the short term we have about 30 photos per patrol and that works fine.
have tried the restarting also and not helping.
Keep me posted please.
Thx

@Alex_Wyatt lets have a chat on the side, i have been assisting Ott with the problem and may be of assistance while he is in the field. I have his server address and then we can also chat through the troubleshooting steps up until now

Im also available for the next few days!

Thanks, Denton.

I submitted a ticket as I couldn’t see the issue myself. I’m a little swamped for the next few weeks so if you could help, that would be great. I’d love to see the solution if / when you find it.
