Error running a CA report on local server


One of the CA report have failed to run in the local Connect Server but the report run smoothly in the desktop. All other CAs reports run smoothly on the server and desktop. Can you help me how to solve this problem? We are using SMART Desktop Version 7.5.6 and SMART Connect Version: 7.5.3 the error has been attached.

@abrah15 A 500 error is a generic error code. Are you not seeing anything else? Were there any interruptions in your connection?

I don’t see anything else other than that error. Also, there was no any interruptions with connection as other CA reports were generated smoothly.
