Error to download conservation area in connect version 7.5.7

Hello everyone, i have a huge trouble to resolve when i try to download my CA from connect and desktop get this error:

Actually i have mi smart on-promise and i would like to recibe your help, i have a lot work to do with whole the information of my areas.

Hi Ana,

Can you please share the full error log on your SMART desktop? You can find this by navigating to “Help” → “View error log”, save the file and share it.
