Since yesterday, when validatind patrol data from dataqueue server, we (me and my colleagues) have received the same error message like this.
FYI, we are using SMART 7.5.10 and we are 9 users of SMART Connect, working on 7 different Conservation Area. One CA is accessed by 3-5 people.

Hi All,
We do not know why but since yesterday this error message did not appear anymore. Which means, the error was a kind of server access problem, or probably form the low internet connectivity.
