Errors processing queue SMART Connect

Hi,
What program is best to use to open the files that are attached to the data queue on SMART Connect?
There is a bit of information in the panel on the right side, but not much.

Can you advice on how to open these files to read a bit more content?

Hi there,

I was just facing some issues as well. I downloaded the files and imported them directly in SMART Desktop until i could restore the connection between desktop and connect.

The files that are stuck in our queue give errors when processing, so it is not an issue with the connection between Desktop and Connect.

I am looking into a way to open the files on SMART Connect in a different program, so I can see which data got stuck and what the error might be.

At the moment we are not able to import this data in SMART Desktop, not via the processing queue nor via direct import.

Hope someone is familiar with opening these files in a program to read them.
