Normally this is caused when there is an error in the processing queue. Please reach out to me at jsimfukwe@smartconservationsoftware.org to help fix some of the files. As for the second error, it is not entirely clear why certain features are opted to be left out, but pressing okay will allow you to proceed.
Hi @jsimfukwe, I’m experiencing the same error when processing items in the Connect queue. This issue causes some data from patrols or study samples to be lost. When processing the data, a patrol is generated that lasts until 11:59:59 PM (regardless of the activity’s duration) and contains no observations or incidents; additionally, other files remain in Connect (indicating a processing error).
