Export data to SMART mobile

Hi there,

I exported a .ZIP file of SMART data model from SMART desktop 6.3.0 in order to use on Smart phone with SMART Mobile 3.8.5. But it could not open the zip file on SMART mobile.

Anyone can help me on this?

SMART Mobile needs a package exported from the SMART Mobile option on the desktop menu. It does not read the data model ZIP. Check it out:

Thank you so much for your information. I tried to use a zip file generated on smartphone storage from SMART mobile option on SMART desktop. And it works for other smartphones now!
