Failed to copy - SMART mobile

Good morning,

I have a user who is unable to add a picture from her mobile phone on the app. When she clicks on the folder to access the picture to add to an incidental report, she gets the error message “Failed to copy”. I asked her to make sure that the app has authorisations to access her folders and all is in order.

Please may you suggest a way to fix the issue?

Other uses are using the mobile app for that specific conservation area and they do not have the same issue.
