Import Waypoints Patrol - from Garmin

Hi,
Does anyone else have issues importing trackpoints via GPX?
When downloading the GPX file from Garmin website and importing it in SMART patrols, it doesn’t recognize the trackpoints.

We have to download KMZ from Garmin, open in Google Earth, safe as KML, convert to GPX and then import in SMART.

Does anyone know why SMART doesn’t recognize the GPX immediately?

Try import from file, then choose the GPX file on Garmin device.
