Impossibilité d'afficher la file d'attente de traitement de données

Hello.
The data processing queue does not appear in my SMART Destop interface. However, I can see them on the online server.
What’s more, my colleagues are able to download them.
I don’t understand why?
But I’m the one who has to do the analyses and reports.
Please help me.

As per my email, given the error you shared, the advice is to reinstall & redownload the CA from Connect to fix what appears to be an issue with the installation.

If this does not solve the problem I will assist you further.

Did your colleagues process the data and have the data in their SMART Desktop instances?
