Issue to download data from Smart Connect

Hi,

I’m trying to download data from Smart Connect to Smart Desktop, but for some data, I’m encountering an error message.

A few questions, please:

  1. What version of SMART desktop are you using (check in help > installation details)
  2. What version of Connect are you using (check in settings tab in Connect UI)
  3. Are you using a local or (SMART hosted) cloud server?
  4. Have you recently upgraded your software / server?
  5. Do you know if the defective data is coming from a particular device?
  6. I assume selecting “restart processing” is not helping the issue?

Please also share your error log.
