Issues in processing queued data with version 7.5.9

Hello, I have a problem when I perform the queued data processing, because in previous versions the connection with the smart connect was lost I chose to migrate to the most recent version, but it shows me a “Warning” message in the process column and in the message column “Could not process any data. The item has been requested again by the server”, someone had this problem requested your support, thank you.

I hope your server has sufficient power and that the permissions for data processing have been set up correctly. Check your logs for larger error messages that will help you identify the exact problem.

I’m just checking that your SMART desktop and SMART Connect are running on the same version?

Please check the settings tab on your connect interface to check the version number.
