We keep having issues with downloading reports from Connect.
I have full permission settings and before could download the reports. But last month it has been a problem.
Does anyone know what the issue is?

Hi Elke,
This is caused by a server timeout. Normally happens when you’re trying to pull a large set of data. I recommend that you try again and the results will show.
