We keep having issues with downloading reports from Connect.
I have full permission settings and before could download the reports. But last month it has been a problem.
Does anyone know what the issue is?

Hi Elke,
This is caused by a server timeout. Normally happens when you’re trying to pull a large set of data. I recommend that you try again and the results will show.

We are having this issue was well. Our community liaisons are able to generate reports for 1-2 days of data, but nothing longer than that. At present, I have to run reports for them in Desktops and send them out via email. Is there any way to improve this performance? Would running multiple, simple reports work better than single report with multiple maps and tables?
