Hi, i have a question about smartmobile 1.0.430. In previous version of smartmobile after a patrol at the Smartdata folder in table or smartphone appear a file like this CTDATA_2021-09-23T15_26_05_Sighting-0001.json for each patrol.
I the actual version that files don’t appear. What is the reason for this?

There was an Android policy change which prevents SMART Mobile from accessing the Smartdata folder in the base folder of the device.

The new folder location is here:
\Android\data\org.cybertracker.mobile.smk\files\SMARTdata
