Loading patrols in different versions

Hey there,

I was wondering if it is possible to load a patrol from the latest version of SMART to an older one?

Hi Jackie,
Your SMART data often isn’t compatible across major versions (e.g. SMART 7 to SMART 6) as changes are made to the data that are collected and stored in support of new features. It may be possible to move data across minor versions (SMART 7.5.7 to SMART 7.5.6) in some cases, but I recommend making sure that all instances sharing data be on the same version of SMART.
