I am receiving many error messages lately on both SMART desktop and SMART connect. See list below:
- SMART connect: Data processing Queue: Error: Cannot rollback transaction in current status [FAILED_ROLLBACK]
- SMART connect: Data processing Queue: An unknown error occurred
- SMART connect, on different pages: JDBC begin transaction failed
- SMART desktop: Error processing item: JDBC begin transaction failed
After refreshing quite a few times or reprocessing data, it normally works again but there is obviously a glitch somewhere.

It seems like there could be an underlying software issue, either due to modifications being made to the SMART software directories or having it installed in a directory with unreliable access. In which directory do you have SMART installed?
The best course of action is likely to reinstall SMART (backing up your database, reinstalling SMART from a fresh download, and restoring your database to this new installation). If the problems persist, it would be helpful if you could share the error log for further troubleshooting.
