Mobile offline routes

Hi All.
im using Version: 7.5.10 desktop but the problem lays with my mobile offline maps.
I export from desktop to server and can see them on my mobile and can even tick them. but once i try and download it keeps on saying “0 files downloaded”?
one thing i have noticed is that on mobile app the time is 2 hours behind the time i loaded it and what it also says on server!
Any ideas and could anyone help?

Just checking the time issue. Could you clarify what you mean? Where is the erroneous time being displayed?

So the Package is uploading to SMART Connect, visible to download in SMART Mobile, but when you attempt the download to SMART Mobile it does not load and gives you the “0 files downloaded" error?

The “0 files downloaded” message appears when:

The package’s metadata record exists, but the actual ZIP file is missing, corrupted, or unreadable, or its file path has changed relative to what Connect expects.

The timestamp difference simply reflects the server’s system time zone (e.g., Connect server = UTC, phone = UTC + 2). This shouldn’t be causing the issue.

A few things to consider:

  1. Make sure the Connect server is up to date and aligned with your desktop software version
  2. Change the offline map - the files making up the map may be causing issues. Try the package without the map, then if this works, try to create a custom map with specific layers. This might help isolate the layer causing the issue.

the time on the the server is 2 hours before the time on the SMART MOBLIE. That means the time on my phone is 2 hours before the time on the server.
you have it correct that route is uploaded to CONNECT and visible in mobile but gives me “0 files downloaded”!
nothing has changed on my side since i last exported routes to connect. Was beginning of the year though!.

  1. Manage SMART Connect Settings: Connect Version: 7.5.7
    Desktop: Version: 7.5.10 : Full Version: 7.5.10.202406061746
    Server setting: https://olfconnect.smartconservationtools.org/server
  2. There is no map layers per say. there are only gps coordinates. once you get close to farm you see the gps coordinates.

SMART Mobile may be configured to be taking the time from the GPS. Are you in an area that experiences daylight savings time?

attached is the route i loaded. it seems good ubt cant install on mobile. keeps saying 0 installed.

Just FYI for everyone. I uninstalled the mobile app and reinstalled and that seems to have fixed the problem.
So fixed!

Same problem again.
When i install the route from manual download it works. But does not want to work from server!
here is a sample that i have to manually download.

we have many people that need routes and to load them manually is not going to work. We also delete routes once everyone has downloaded so that not all the people can see the other routes for the different organizations.
Need help please!

Anyone that had the same problem with loading routes?

I think we have a fix for this. It will be in build 581, due out in a few days.
