Hi all. I’m not being able to edit observations on SMART Mobile, even though editing has been activated on the configurable model settings.
The screen does show the pencil and trash can icons, but they seem to be disabled (light grey coloured and not responsive).
Erasing is posible by touching and holding on the observation.

Data is being sent to the server immediately, so editing is not supported in this scenario.
If you want to be able to edit, then uncheck “Automatically send data every n minutes”. The documentation is here: Configuration | CyberTracker Wiki
In this case, the data is only sent to Connect when the patrol has ended and the user manually taps “Export data”. This means you can edit and delete observations in the field.
